Now that I have almost reached my goal weight of 150 pounds, my overall goal is to work on maintenance. It's possible I may even consider setting a new goal for myself and try to lose a little more weight.
How is SparkPeople helping you get there?
Reading the Community Goal Feed on SparkPeople every day in the morning has really helped me. It gives me the little boost of inspiration I need to start my day. I really like seeing what people have to say, and I like offering others motivation whenever I can.
What's your biggest challenge right now?
My biggest challenge right now is to not overeat and to avoid late night snacking while watching TV.
What advice do you have for someone who just joined SparkPeople?
I would tell anyone who just joined SparkPeople that they have come to the right place for the needed support for a successful weight-loss journey. I would also tell them that SparkPeople has made my journey fun and enjoyable, and it might work that way for them, too.
